Ask and you shall receive! In a recent blog about our 6 Watt LED TESS bulb, I threw out a not-so-subtle hint about an RGB LED bulb I’d been coveting from afar, and lo and behold, it worked! Imagine my surprise and glee when the elusive (to me, anyway) remote control RGB LED light bulb arrived at my doorstep. This bulb is like a magician, it has so many tricks up its sleeve. First thing’s first,  I was delighted to discover that my new RGB LED bulb screwed right into my desk lamp’s socket, with its traditional E27 screw base. It replaced my old incandecent bulb in a flash. And literally, I mean a FLASH! That’s because this bulb does so much more than the boring old white incandescent I was using could do. The remote control RGB LED bulb  can display 16 colors, and has 4 different settings: Flash, Strobe, Fade and Smooth. With a click of a button on the small, lightweight and super convenient remote, you can go from a relaxing jazz-club atmosphere to energetic, fist-pumping rave-style ambiance in no time. And trust me, having the option to evoke a sultry mood, a dance party or something in between always comes in handy, especially in the office, which is where I’m keeping my bulb. Also, true to form, this bulb only uses 5 Watts of power and manages to stay relatively cool, meaning it will save you tons on your energy bill. What’s more, if you ever need to convince anyone of your professionalism, there’s also a normal white setting as well as an on/off switch on the remote. Basically, there’s nothing the remote control RGB LED bulb can’t do, which means there’s no reason why everyone shouldn’t have one!
